We are the Pi-oneers, a group of people making new technologies with Raspberry Pi's.

About Us

We are a group of people who make things on Raspberry Pi, experimenting to see what we can do. We entered the 2023 PA Raspberry Pi Competition and made an energy quiz, find out more in the projects section. Despite not getting into the final, we were not defeated, and we're still making things, and working to enter the PA Raspberry Pi Competiton for 2024!

Energy Quiz

For the 2023 PA PI Competition, we created an energy quiz. You enter some information about where you live (like wind speed, or water body availability) and it calculates the best renewable energy source for you

We're working on the 2024 edition of the PA PI Competition! We're not going to give out any information yet (so no one steals it) but its going to be bigger and better than the last!

Where to find us

You'll probably find us messing with code, one of us (me, the web developer) screaming at HTML tags not working, one of us making half satirical half serious PowerPoints, one of us trying to get ancient Python packages to work and the rest of us laughing.

But if we end up in a final, we'll be a lot more serious.
